Our sheep flock consists of Chios sheep and are breed onsite with natural methods. This has allowed us to develop a strong herd suitable for the local conditions. Originated on the Greek island of Chios, and is classified as a semi-fat tailed breed which are pretty strong animals, and they are especially well suited to their local environments.
