Our Sheep

Our sheep flock consists of Chios sheep and are breed onsite with natural methods. This has allowed us to develop a strong herd suitable for the local conditions. Originated on the Greek island of Chios, and is classified as a semi-fat tailed breed which are pretty strong animals, and they are especially well suited to their local environments. Our sheep are picky eaters when compared to or goats as they do not eat weeds or other though plants and this allows for there milk profile to be milder and creamier than the goat milk.
