One of our fundamental principles of our farm is to protect the environment by reducing our carbon footprint and implement sustainable practices that benefit both our animals and humanity as a whole.

The welfare of animals is our number one goal and they are fed and live in conditions close to their natural environment and in harmony with nature and with the love and care of our whole team.

Our farm has implemented many policies to help reduce our footprint and deliver on our standability goals and constantly strives to better ourselves and help the environment.

• We work with local suppliers and producers to avoid unnecessary Co2 emissions related to transport but also for local socioeconomic development.
• Our milk is sent to local facilities for pasteurization or processing to reduce unnecessary contributions to CO2 footprint
• Our farm has its own solar energy production unit to assist with the needs of our farm in an environmentally sustainable manner
• Our grazing policies are designed to work in harmony with the local fauna and flora to encourage new growth and diversity.

Although we are proud of our philosophy and approaches to the environment and our animals, we are audited by Certification bodies in line with international standards to certify our commitment and compliance.

• Our farm is certified as Organic under EU Regulations 2018/848 and is inspected regularly by the regulatory body
• We have successfully obtained certification of compliancy regarding our Environmentally Sustainable Governance from and internationally recognized body based on the United Nations Sustainable Goals. ESG
• With animal welfare been important to us we have successfully obtained  our certification of compliance under internationally recognized Animal Welfare  system
